Academic ProgramsOdyssey provides daily opportunities for our students to learn and grow; they receive excellent instruction by licensed teachers in the areas of music, physical education, media, Spanish, special education, English as a Second Language, Reading Recovery, Title I, and after school academic support. Odyssey Academy is proud of the professional qualifications of our staff. Parents of students who attend Odyssey Academy have the right to request information regarding the professional qualifications of any teacher employed by the school. If, for any reason, your child is being taught for four or more consecutive weeks by a teacher who is not highly qualified you will be notified by the school. Attendance

When a classroom is full, prospective students are placed on a waiting list and openings are filled using a lottery system. If you would like to enroll your child at Odyssey Academy, please fill out a registration form [see Parent & Student Documents] and mail or fax it to us. Odyssey Academy works in cooperation with Brooklyn Center High School to provide middle school students with the opportunity to participate in team sports. Odyssey students must meet specified academic and behavior expectations if they wish to participate in team sports at Brooklyn Center High School.
